RETTC, which is strategically aligned with the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), serves as the premier platform for advancing technology and innovation across rental housing. This appointment reflects not only Janine’s deep expertise in real estate technology and operational transformation but also LeaseLock’s continued leadership in modernizing rental housing.

In its announcement, RETTC introduced a new governance model designed to elevate emerging voices and support a balanced, forward-looking leadership structure. Janine will serve alongside:
- Kristy Simonette, Senior Vice President of Strategic Services and Chief Information Officer at Camden Property Trust, appointed as Chair.
- James Hamrick, Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Gables Residential, appointed as Vice Chair.
