Janine is the former EVP of Asset Optimization at RealPage, where she was instrumental in guiding the company from its inception and taking it public in 2010. She launched UrbanStreet in 2015, where she served as advisor to the industry’s top real estate and technology firms. As a board member and investor, Janine stepped in as CEO in 2023 to drive LeaseLock’s transformation of the industry’s approach to bad debt. Janine is a prop tech trailblazer. For more than 2 decades, she has been instrumental in delivering innovative and impactful solutions for rental housing developers, operators, investors and technology providers.
