Matthew Arnold, Vice President of Insurance and Risk, launched his insurance career with Farmers Insurance, where he generated over $12 billion in annual premiums. He then held commercial marketing and management roles at Tolman & Wilker, now AssuredPartners, the largest privately held retail agency in Central California, and led the Marketing division at Thorson Insurance Services, now World Insurance Associates, a national managing general agency, overseeing underwriting for various internal insurance programs.
More recently, Mr. Arnold served as Vice President of Knight Insurance Group, a multinational insurance holding company comprising Admitted, Non-Admitted, and Reinsurance companies, part of the $22.5 billion privately held Hankey Group of Companies. Throughout his distinguished career, he also founded his own Reinsurance and Risk Advisory firm, emphasizing integrity, continuity, and profitability within the general agency space.
