Janine is the former EVP of Asset Optimization at RealPage, where she was instrumental in guiding the company from its inception and taking it public in 2010. She launched UrbanStreet in 2015, where she served as advisor to the industry’s top real estate and technology firms. As a board member and investor, Janine stepped in as CEO in 2023 to drive LeaseLock’s transformation of the industry’s approach to bad debt. Janine is a prop tech trailblazer. For more than 2 decades, she has been instrumental in delivering innovative and impactful solutions for rental housing developers, operators, investors and technology providers.

With over 22 years of experience in Product Development and Data Engineering, Sudip has been a driving force in the SaaS real estate sector for the past 17 years. As a visionary in real estate technology, Sudip is spearheading the development of cutting-edge AI products tailored for the multifamily industry. Previously, he led a global team of over 200 engineers at RealPage, where he played a pivotal role in designing and growing core business solutions, resulting in substantial recurring revenue. Sudip's innovative leadership at RealPage also saw him pioneering Revenue Management, Data Analytics, and Business Intelligence initiatives. Prior to joining LeaseLock, Sudip served as SVP of Engineering at Interior Logic Group, where his expertise in SaaS design technology contributed to the transformation of the single-family construction business, culminating in the company's acquisition by Blackstone.

Oliver brings 25 years of technology finance experience to LeaseLock. Prior to LeaseLock, Oliver held senior finance roles at public companies Meta, Google, and Aetna, and was CFO of private company Analog Analytics (acquired by Barclays). Earlier in his career, Oliver was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and a partner at Needham Capital Partners. Oliver holds an MBA from Stanford University.

Laura brings years of experience leading high-performing product management teams. With deep experience in the multifamily industry at Greystar, Laura understands the technology and product needs of properties and customers intimately. Her passion for building innovative products that deliver tangible results is contagious and drives the product strategy at LeaseLock forward.

Alexis has a proven track record of driving brand awareness and delivering results. Throughout her 20 year career in multifamily, she has held key leadership positions in marketing, asset management, and operations. At the heart of her approach lies a dedication to collaboration, working cross-functionally to align marketing, technology and service with overarching business objectives. Alexis seamlessly transitions between strategy and execution. Her experience ensures our customers’ needs are always met.

Manoj Sigdel, SVP Engineering & Head of Data Analytics at LeaseLock, is a seasoned technology leader with over 18 years of experience developing SaaS-based Analytics products across real estate, property management, financial services, and insurance, to name a few. He is an innovative Engineering and Analytics executive who combines an MBA in Strategic Leadership with a vast knowledge of emerging technologies, especially artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. With a history of growing and leading global BI organizations like RealPage, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Veritis Group, Inc, Manoj has delivered business value impact and revenue growth through BI product design, development, deep data analytics, real-time reporting, and robust data visualization. In addition, he is well-versed in launching, modernizing, and scaling enterprise database solutions. At LeaseLock, his expertise in emerging technologies and ability to grow global Data organizations has enabled our organization to improve team and customer experiences, making him an invaluable asset in our mission to reinvent the way owners and operators modernize loss protection and optimize asset performance.
